Three projects

Just a quick blog update.
Since the beginning of this year I've been touting that I am going to finish some of the  quilts I've started.  At least the more recent ones that have been started in the past two years.
Now we are almost half way through April and what I've stated above has not happened in even the smallest amount!

I have been very busy however.  I decided to embrace the opportunities presented to me and go with it.  I mean, a completed project is a completed project, whether new or old, right?!!
😉 That logic works for me. 😆

I'm  very excited over these three new projects.

I acquired a Start-Right EZ3 Grace hand quilting frame.  I couldn't wait to get a top loaded and start quilting.
The Ribbons Quilt turned out to be the perfect size.  The colors make me feel happy.  But most important, I really want to see this ready for use!!  I have to go with that incentive.  I even have a name for it now - Green Chili Salsa Ribbons.  (Still deciding if I will included Ribbons in the name.)

The 2019 board members of Possum Town Quilters quilt guild presented a Medallion Quilt Challenge to members.  I'm going colorful with mine.  The red hearts are the first round. The purple hearts are Round 2.  And the next round was presented to us this weekend, it must have squares and half square triangles.  I hope I can use some of the 2.5" crumb squares I've been making.

And the third project is another challenge presented to PTQ members.
It's an Ugly Fabric Challenge!!
Arguably, there are no ugly fabrics... but there are some challenging ones!!
Each of these projects will have their own blog update with all the details.
I'm counting on this update to help keep my motivation up.
I am feeling lots of excitement over these three projects!!
